What data we keep, and for how long
VietID z.s. processes personal data under the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
What we collect
- What you send us: name, email, phone, the content of your message.
- For programme participants: year of birth and legal guardian, where needed to decide who must sign consent.
- For the podcast: video and audio recordings, plus written consent from everyone appearing.
- Technical server logs: IP address and access time, kept briefly for security.
Why we keep it
To reach you, to run the programmes you signed up for, and to prove that everyone appearing in published material agreed to it. We do not sell data and do not use it for advertising.
For how long
Correspondence: for the duration of the exchange and at most two years after. Consent records: for as long as the related material stays published, because it is the legal evidence. You may withdraw consent at any time and we take the material down.
Your rights
- Ask for everything we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct anything wrong.
- Ask for deletion, except what the law requires us to keep.
- Withdraw a consent you gave, at any time.
- Complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection.
