The podcast
Every episode is someone from the community sitting down to tell their own story, entirely in Vietnamese. Made by young people themselves.
Why a podcast
However good a gathering is, it only reaches the people who were in the room that day. Recorded and published, it also reaches the parent who was working, the young person in another city, and Vietnamese people in other countries.
Guests and stories
Guests come from the community — people who already walked the road the next ones are on.
A story is nominated through the Stories page, reviewed by the editorial team, and only then filmed. No episode goes up without its video: filling in the form is a nomination, not a publication.
Alongside personal stories there is a business strand: Vietnamese people running businesses in Czechia talking about their trade.

Who makes it
Young people design the content and the language it speaks in; the older generation acts as advisers and secures resources. That is the “youth-led” principle, and it comes with a binding consequence: at least 60% of core staff are generation 2.0/2.5 — born or entirely raised in Czechia.
Rules that do not change
- Everyone who appears consents beforehand and can withdraw at any time.
- Anyone under 18 needs a parent’s confirmation.
- Sponsors do not choose guests and do not approve content.
